BARCALDINE WATER SUPPLY - Naegleria species Published on 25 November 2025 Council’s proactive water testing identified the presence of Naegleria species in our Barcaldine water networks. ALPHA TOWNSHIP – WATER RESTRICTION LEVEL 3 Published on 02 October 2025 Council is experiencing difficulties with water supply across Moore and Milton bores. Therefore, Council is applying Level 3 Water Restrictions as per Council’s Drinking Water Quality Management Plan (DWQMP).
