EOI LEASE - KIOSK AND KITCHEN FACILITY AT THE BARCY REC PARK CLUBHOUSE

Barcaldine Regional Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably experienced and motivated individuals, businesses or community organisations interested in leasing the Kiosk and Kitchen facility at the Barcy Rec Park Clubhouse.

This is a unique opportunity to activate a modern, high-profile recreational venue and contribute to the amenity, vibrancy, and user experience of a key community facility in the heart of Western Queensland.

If you have a business idea or service that would enhance this popular community space, we'd love to hear from you. Your submission should include your contact details and experience, your proposed business or service, intended operating hours, a financial proposal for the lease, how your proposal will benefit the local community and Barcy Rec Park, and at least one relevant referee.

Council are not seeking to maximise rental return from this lease. The primary value lies in seeing the space utilised, contributing to a well-serviced and vibrant community venue.

Submissions don't need to be lengthy or overly formal - Council welcomes practical, down-to-earth proposals.
