Christmas Lights Competition

The annual Christmas lights competition is a Barcadline Regional Council initiaitive which encourages individuals, businesses and community groups to take pride in their propoerties and streets.This year there are five categories for towns including best residence, peoples choice, business or community group, best window display and encouragement award.  Entry is free.  Judging will take place between Monday 11 and Friday 15 December 2023.  For those on properties, there is a competition for best decorated rural mailbox.  Mail in a photo of your property to amberc@barc.qld.gov.au by Sunday 17 December 2023.   Winners announced on Tuesday 19 December 2023.  For additional terms and conditions, please contact your nearest Administration office.
