Barcaldine Showground

Capacity: approximately 500

The Barcaldine Showground offers wide open place to camp. Designed to be family friendly with communal facilities to encourage visitor interaction and group activities. Camping is open from 1 February to 30 November each year.

The Barcaldine Showground offers:

• Powered sites (a small number) and unpowered sites
• Dump point
• Water

Facilities not available:

• Laundry room (facilities available in Ash Street)
• Wi-Fi

PLEASE NOTE:

1. You cannot book a specific camp site and nor does it guarantee a camp site.
2. No fires permitted.
3. Events held at the showground may create noise and dust.

• Barcaldine Ball - 28 February to 2 March 2025
• Barcaldine Show - 18 to 22 June 2025
• Barcaldine Campdraft - 17 to 20 July 2025
• Barcaldine Campdraft - 24 to 27 July 2025
• Barrels for a Cause - 3 to 7 July 2025
• Barcaldine Rodeo - 26 to 28 September 2025
