Response to COVID-19: Closure of the libraries

Acting in the best interests of our communities and the health and wellbeing of our people, Council advises that all libraries in the Barcaldine region will be closed to the public.

A home delivery service is now in operation. Clients can phone the library or email their orders or use the online ordering system.

If preferred, clients can collect books from the holding area outside the Library.

All books are to be returned via the afterhours return box or left outside the door in a holding area.

Books will be disinfected prior to being lent to the next client.
