The following water restrictions will apply effective from Friday 4 October 2019 to all properties connected to the town’s water supply and will remain in place for approximately 3 weeks.

Permitted Watering Days

Odd Numbered Properties – Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Even or No Numbered Properties – Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday

Permitted Watering Times

5.00pm to 8.00am

  • NO watering is permitted outside these times except for hand held hoses. This also applies to properties with Water Permits.

  • Failure to water within the permitted times may result in an infringement notice of $134 being issued.

Council is making all efforts to minimise watering of Council facilities and appreciates the efforts of residents to limit water usage during this time.

Council will advise residents as soon as the project is completed.
