This is an iconic outback experience as you journey over 200 km droving 600 head of cattle through the spectacular outback, camping under the stars and swapping yarns around the campfire. Harry Redford Drive follows in the hoofprints of the infamous Harry Redford who was immortalised as "Captain Starlight" in the Australian Classic "Robbery under Arms" in which he was known as King of the Cattle Duffers. The full cattle drive takes 12 days in the saddle and you will select a package that will allow you to experience a section of this ride. Your average daily rides will range between 10 and 18 kms per day as you travel over everchanging breathtaking countryside including picturesque, natural freshwater lakes, wide horizons, desert rangelands, escarpments and Mitchell grass down.
