Water Restrictions

Barcaldine Regional Council has put in place water restrictions for the whole of the Barcaldine Regional Council area, until further reviewed:

The use of unattended hoses, sprinklers, soaker hoses, drip systems or automatic watering systems to water gardens, lawns or vacant blocks are banned between the hours of 10.00am and 3.00pm daily. Alterations to the hours may be granted upon application to commercial premises.

Handheld hoses to water gardens and lawns are allowed at all times.
