The Barcaldine Regional Council hereby advises that Mr Alex Hinrichsen has been appointed as the contractor operating the Alpha Dip Yards as from the 14th November, 2016.

Mr Hinrichsen will be operating the facility in conjunction with the Department of Agricultural & Fisheries (DAF). The facility will operate by appointment only, Monday to Friday. Appointments can be made by calling Alex Hinrichsen on 0459 534 164, between the hours of 7 am & 6 pm Monday to Friday Or via email at hinrichsen.alexander96@gmail.com

by contacting the Department on 07 4983 7400 with the following information:

  1. Name and address of the person responsible for the payment of the fees;
  2. Date and time the service is required; and
  3. Approximate Number of stock to be treated.

Mr Hinrichsen or the Department must be given a minimum of 48 hours notice so that the inspector can be present to carry out the duties required. It is the responsibility of the Stock Owner/Handler to provide sufficient personnel to move the stock up to the crush for the inspector.
