Services provided by this program are  to assist frail older people and younger people with disabilities in the Alpha and Jericho area, who are having difficulty performing core activities of daily living and at risk of losing their independence or having to go into long term residential care. Support is also available for people who are caring for an older person.

Aramac Home and Community Care (HACC) Program aims to assist frail older people, younger people with disabilities and their carers who need basic support services to continue to live in the community and without which they would have to move prematurely into a hostel, nursing home or other long term residential care facility.
